STEVE LYONS
Steve was trained by Raymond Blanc and worked for Raymond for three years in his restaurants. Steve still works for Raymond running his kitchen at the Chelsea Flower Show every year. He is also our chef at The Lion Ballroom for our Pop Up Restaurants occasionally and he continues to cook for private functions, and teach.
